Shakin' Dudi
Shakin 'Dudi is rock'n'roll alter ego of Irek Dudek, founder and organizer of the Rawa Blues Festival. The most famous Polish bluesman says very often that rock'n'roll is a blues baby, and have consistently proven this thesis, combining his passion for the blues together with rock'n'roll show.
At this year Rawa Blues Festival, the premiere of new Shakin' Dudi LP will take place. It will be the 5th studio album by the band, which in the following albums showing everytime different face of rock'n'rolll. From punk'n'roll, through the boogie, to the neo swing. Such songs as "Au sha la la la" or "Oh, Ziuta" have become classics of Polish music. Each concert Shakin 'Dudi is a unique show, and it should be expected also this year on Rawa Blues Festival.
The new album consists of thirteen hits, melodic songs referring to the climate of classic rock'n'roll. Dynamic, energetic, with catchy choruses. All compositions are by Irek Dudek, and ironic lyrics by Darek Dusza. A novelty is the use of acoustic guitar, played by Irek, in the works on the borderline rockabilly and psychobilly. Energy, madness and great fun! New songs Shakin 'Dudi combine music of the 50s together with the modern rock'n'roll.
